Away from the hustle and bustle, Shengde Hengye Garden Villa witnessed the resurgence of the magic capital, recording the golden years with architecture as the carrier, and accumulating extraordinary charm. This project takes the Spanish villa in the community as the starting point, and is designed as a retro and beautiful Shengde Hengye theme club—carrying more beautiful memories in the future and recording the milestones of visitors’ lives. The club can be used as a wedding venue, afternoon tea, and family gatherings. A venue for events such as theme parties. The space is divided into four floors, with a bar, KTV, banquet hall, bar, main wedding room, guest room and other functional areas. The planning of each area is coherent and appropriate, and the design theme revolves around "Dream of the Sky", creating a sweet, passionate, experienced, rich, and private aesthetic space. The three-sided atmospheric Barcelona arched porch design ensures that guests will not lose elegance in any weather. The green plants on both sides and the curved waterfront in front of the foyer create a leisurely vacation. Spanish-style buildings abound in old houses in Shanghai. The building site of the Suntec Club is presented in the classic L-shape of Spanish architecture. It can be explored one by one after turning from the foyer into a long and narrow straight line. The lobby, bar, and ktv on the first floor , Meeting rooms, banquet halls and related auxiliary functional spaces.
