Projet Description

Nanliujiang Riverbank is not just a traditional restaurant, it focuses on Guangxi Hakka cuisine banquets. It is the top brand of Guangxi Hakka cuisine; it creates a business card for Nanning's urban food culture. While tasting authentic Guangxi Hakka cuisine, you can also experience the thousand-year-old Hakka culture. Hakka people rely on mountains to eat mountains, rivers to eat water, forest mushrooms, and sea freshness. The birds and beasts on the mountains, the fish, shrimp, clams, and crabs in the mountain ponds and rivers, and the snakes, eels, frogs, and snails in the fields... The green and healthy gifts of nature have become our ingredients. Nanjiang Riverbank uses the authentic ancient Hakka craftsmanship and the good ingredients on the riverbank to create unique Guangxi Hakka specialties. We revisit the rich mountains and waters of Guangxi to verify the regional ecological civilization; the selection of Guangxi Hakka folk customs is our visual and color gene bank. In terms of space design, this case is different from the traditional Hakka cuisine. The overall color tone is black, gold, and brown as the main colors, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere, which is more in line with the cultural mystery of Guangxi's thousand-year tradition, making people want to explore it. The space is functionally laid out in an open manner. The interior space uses "mountains, water, and forests" as design elements to carry out modern design reconstruction. The shape is not visible, but the meaning is obtained. The ethereal design replaces the freshness of the river and the sea with the spatial relationship of water; the authentic flavor and customs of Guangxi are deeply integrated into the texture and field of the space. The ceiling decoration of the dining area uses the architectural pattern commonly seen in traditional Chinese ancient buildings. Through modern technology, it has a strong sense of order to express "ritual" and an extended meaning to convey auspiciousness and vitality. The design of the private space is extremely sophisticated in craftsmanship and precise details, so that the whole space contains the warmth of the simple rammed earth to restore the life of the guest. The characteristics of the spatial structure are formed by borrowing the modern spatial power and ritual sense. The old opera is symbiotically integrated into the environment. The old objects retain the ancient charm. They are simple and elegant after years of refinement, presenting their most original and imperfect state. This beauty transcends time and lasts forever.
